Prayers for all of you too on this Friday the 13th. My potassium level has dropped again so have been having wicked charlie horses in the backs of my legs. Needed to start taking pills again to put a stop to that foolishness. Life is Good Smiles NancyLee

Hi Nancylee,
I was just checking on you and hoping that the cramping is less today. Had my Jeep checked out yesterday;did you get yours repaired yet? Take care and hope this Friday 13th brings nothing but good things to you and your little ones at the day care!

All the best,
Iris -
Hi, Iris, yes, I got my jeep fixed. The front looks totally different because I think they put a newer year's front on there, but it works so I don't care. The horses had made these scratches on my hood where they run their teeth along the paint and now I have a new hood so it looks super. My cramps are better--the potassium pills are working. I just don't like to have to remember to take pills again--SIGH. At the moment, I'm fighting pneumonia too. But it only hurts when I forget and take too deep of a breath. This too shall pass. Thanks, Patti. I'm kinda going through a rough patch at the moment--one of those "hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel" events. Your thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone--Got past the pneumonia--had my flu shot which didn't cause any problems--went back to work and since I got back 2 of my co-workers have missed a week of work each with the FLU. I'm hoping my having got the shot early will keep me safe. Still having problems with asthma, but so far I've been able to handle that on my own with drugs and inhalers. Can you believe it's November already. My how time flies when you're having fun!!!!! Love and prayers, NancyLee

Thanks Patti & Carrie and everyone else. I got out of the hospital before Thanksgiving so was able to spend the holidays with my family. I am over the pneumonia and hope that this time it is for good. The cold weather is hard on my lungs, but thankfully I have an "inside" job. Hope everyone had a blessed Sabbath. It's very, very good to be home. Please say a little prayer that I start getting "good sleeps" as my nephew used to call it when he was little. "Did you get good sleeps last night, Aunt Nancy?" I've been suffering through some long nights of insomnia again so went and got my AmbienCR renewed on Friday. Didn't take it over the weekend because it's so expensive, but I will try one tonight because I have to get up early in the morning and will have to drive a few miles (180) to get some business taken care of in a nearby (sorta) city. Thanks for your continuing prayers. I know that they're helping and you are all in my prayers too. Life is Good Smiles NancyLee
