Itchy rash on breast after exchange surgery

I had my exchange surgery almost 4 weeks ago. Breast lift on one side, and a silicone implant on the other. Fat grafting was performed.

A week ago, the side of my breast started to itch (but not near my incision site). Now, I have a rash. The incision sites appear to have healed nicely, though.

Is this something I need to be concerned with? I have not yet contacted my doctor.

    I suggest you to consult your surgeon as soon as possible. There is a possibility where itching and rashes are possible in the area where the incision are. I too had the itching as well when I got my breast augmentation surgery in a Toronto based plastic surgery clinic. When the rashes started to appear in red, I consulted it with my surgeon. He gave me few medication which I was told to follow strictly. Then in about a week, it was healed, Thankfully.

    also have rash, on chest, neck, abdomen after lumpectomy 4 days ago. it's around but not on the incision site. not aware of any allergies. took a benadryl, following up w doc when I can.
