    oops, the above got sent too soon! Radiation is also recommended if tumor size is greater than a certain cm. all of the clinical guidelines be can be found at www.nccn.org

    It is a free registration with much great info. Also, please know that whether or not someone needs rads after neoadjuvant treatment is not determined by the response to chemo but actually the patients clinical picture at time of diagnoses.

    All of our treatment is a personal decision. For me it just made sense. Good luck :)
