What's the best way to fix a LX dent?

So rads are now done for me and I know that I will need to wait a good chunk of time for my tissues to heal but I would really like opinions on how to fix my lx dent.

I had breast augmentation done 10 months prior to my dx. I had perfect boobs for the first time ever (and paid 10k for them) ..I just want them back. My dent is undetectable with a good bra but in a swim suit or naked it's there. Would fat grafting be the way to go? I'm also wondering how well the implant held up. My DH has told me not to worry about it...but getting my BA was a big thing. I waited and saved til my DD's were older...spending that money was a big deal. I'm also feeling a bit weird for being so vain.

    The plastic surgeon I recently consulted doesn't even want to touch me to do a LX repair until I'm a year out from my RADS because radiated skin has issues when it comes to healing. He didn't really to me talk about what can be done, but told me to come back in October and he'll look at things again. I too have a dent and a hole in my breast (second incision due to infected seroma, left to heal as an open wound) although my boobs were never perfect, I too want to fix the damage done but am not sure of the best procedure. Hope someone else can provide some answers here.

    JJOntario - Fat grafting is the way to go. It would be best to wait a year or two for everything to settle, though. Also know that it is crucial that you find a plastic surgeon who has a lot of experience and success with fat grafting. The grafted fat can also improve the vascularity and health of the tissue. Oh, and please don't beat yourself up over being vain. Wanting to feel normal again is not vanity.

    i have a dent that when I'm ready my PS is going to fat graft. I think in the autumn.
