Does anyone know if the F&F closed FB group is still active? I sent a request to join but I haven't heard anything.

    Yes, they're still quite active. I'm a member, though I mostly read rather than post. It seems like  more of their stuff is about BMX, and I'm a uniboober.  But I browse it every week or so. They should be getting back to you before too long, I hope.
