Chemo Question - Who decided against chemo and why?

I had a bilateral mastectomy and sentinel lymph node biopsy three weeks ago.  I had IDC, ER+/PR+, HER2-, 1.1 cm tumor, Stage 1, Grade 2, 0/2 lymph nodes tested. My MO sent the tissue for a ocotype dx test before determing if chemo will be recommended.  I am 39 years old and in great health (other than this).

My question is for those with similar diagnosis and anyone else, if you decided the risks/side effects of chemo outweighed the benefits, I would like to hear your thoughts as I could possibly be "making this decision" in the coming days.  What was it about chemo that made you say "no thanks?"  I've been researching and reading, but I would LOVE to hear the thoughts from those that have actually been in this position.  My MO said I would be doing 4 rounds of TC.  Any insight, opinion, recommendation is greatly appreciated!  Thank in advance!

I know you are looking for who chose not to do chemo, but my diagnosis is similar to yours and decided to do four rounds of TC. All I had to hear was that it would reduce the risk of recurrence and I was in. I was 49 at diagnosis and the oncologist said because I am relatively young, there were more years to save. Just had TC #2 yesterday.
