Surgeon Recommendations Lumpectomy Reduction

Sorry if this topic has already been started, I am looking for a surgeon who has experience with lumpectomy reduction. I know this is a newer kind of surgery and was hoping someone out there would have some experience with this. I am currently doing neoaduvant chemotherapy, so I want to use this time to find a good surgeon who will accept my insurance! Thank you.
