    I've been getting the weekly taxol for 7 weeks. Today is week 7. I still had a hard tumor but we thought it was getting better... Ultrasound Earlier today showed no change :( it's stuck 2.0.

    Is it good that it's not bigger? In scared... Could the cancer be spreading because this chemo is working right. My doc said might change to AC...

    Hi LillieRose

    Please don't be discouraged. I was initially diagnosed with TNBC in December last year - my tumour was huge (8.5 cms). After diagnosis, my onco did a FISH test and changed my diagnosed to HE2+. I did 12 weeks of Taxol (including 4 infusions of Herceptin and Perjeta) and we saw hardly any change in the size of the tumour. My onco feels thinks my FISH test result may have been a false-positive. On Wednesday, I will complete my 5th and final session of AC (15 weeks) and my tumour has shrunk by more than 50%.
