What are you doing to accept or embrace the "new" you?  How are you moving on and being happy again?

Som, thanks for asking this question! In moving past treatment and into the rest of my life, I know I don't sweat the small stuff anymore. I also dont have much tolerance for whiners....prob need to work on that one! I have other ways I celebrate the "new" me, but I am looking forward to hearing what others have to say. I love reading what the ladies here say and share

the new me is accepting that this is how my life turned out and there's nothing i can do about it. however, i can start doing things i've put off. don't have much energy, so i just do a little bit at a time, but deep down i feel like a happy person and i want to enjoy every moment of my life. doesn't mean i'm not scared. mostly i'm scared about how things will be for my husband when i'm gone. that's the only thing that really worries me because i don't know how he's going to make it on one income and i know he will be lonely.
