try to catch people being good & be sure to let them know what they are doing right.....if they know you are on their side, they are: a. more likely to behave b.more likely to listen when you do have a 'constructive criticism'.

One of the best places in my hometown is the local hardware store. I've known all three generations of family owners. They are great community members. There's a group in their parking lot just about every Saturday in the summer selling hot dogs & brats to raise money. Relay for Life, youth sports teams, boy & girl scouts, you name it.
