Issues with cosmetic outcome from latissimus dorsi flap?

My surgeon did a scarless latiss, so no scar in my back. However, I have deep indentations in my back, as well as mini pillows under my armpits. Anyone else with these issues? Can anything be done?

    who did your reconstruction?  were you able to get this fixed to your satisfaction?  I am in the process of getting scheduled for this surgery
