chest acne/pimples/red bumps

I live in FL and it's hot and humid as you all know. Most summers I develop some chest acne from sweating,, just a few pimples and I generally deal with it by washing with anti-bacterial soap. Well, since I developed BC,, I've changed over to more natural products,, that do not happen to be anti-bacterial.

This is my 2nd summer dealing with LE, but the first with the hot flashes.  I think the hot flashes are making me sweat more under my swell spot and causing the pimples even earlier in the season than they usually happen. (It's only April, for crying out loud!)

Does anyone else have this problem of excessive sweating under their swell spot or other compression,, leading to pimples or acne like bumps?  Any advice??  Just wanted to toss this out there and see if anyone else has this issue too.

    Hi Glennie! I tend to get a pimple or two sometimes after wearing my sleeve. Ugh!! I am too afraid not to use antibacterial soap when I get them BUT I have a C Diff history so I worry a lot about possible infections requiring antibiotics. Hot flashes suck too

    Thanks, luvmydobies,,, I'm back using the antibacterial soap again. I guess that is better than risking an infection.

    hi there i have had the same problem I have a swelling at the bottom part of my breast which feels hard I have experienced mega sweats from tamoxifen under and in between is so damp i had a bout of cellulitis and came out in that kind of rash which you mention I had the same rash just after my radiation 5 month ago the itching drives me mad I used Suda cream for the rash hope you feel better soon
