Nipple reconstruction and scar treatment cream?

I had my nipple recon in February and the day before I found a lump in my armpit. Yes, the cancer was back. So, I am doing rads now (I didn't before). I just discovered that rosehip oil is supposed to be great for burns and also scars. I was just a bit concerned about using it on my nipple recon since, they are essentially a giant scar. Anyone have any idea what a scar removal product would do to a nipple recon?

    Hello Miss Mama Bear,

    So sorry to hear it is back, fuckin* c.. That is a tricky question. Are you having skin issues now from the rads that is bothering your reconstructed nipple? If the nipple isn't having issues, perhaps you should skip that part and just apply it to the other areas that are affected.
