Pain along underside of the implant?

Hello,

I searched to see if I could find a similar topic but couldn't find anything. I'm a year out from exchange and sometimes still have a lot of pain, tender to the touch and sore to move, on the underside curve of my implant. I'm assuming this is where the stitches where when they formed the pocket for my implants. Anybody else have a pain there and has anything helped with this? Other than that I have had no issues with the implants.

Thanks,

Brenda

I am sorry I don't have an answer, but I can relate. I have pain in the same area, and that is where the Alloderm strip was placed. (If you don't know, it's cadaver skin placed under the implant to keep it in place. It melds with your own tissue.) I don't know if there is anything that can be done for it. I have been to several doctors, but have not gotten any answers. Good luck.
