Oil Pulling
This is not directly breast cancer related, but this is the Alternative forum. Breast cancer is but one disease that a person can suffer from. I know, since I also had Leiomyosarcoma cancer.
I have found a new alternative treatment. Oil Pulling. This was recommended to me years ago, I ignored it. But now I am doing it full time.
It's simple; just roll around 1 TBSP coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes when you first get up. What this does is kill all of the bacteria in your mouth. The immediate effect, healthier gums and teeth. The broader effects, greater health, over all. Because most pathogens get into your body through your mouth.
Makes sense to me.
This strengthens your immune system. Cancers, including breast cancer can be killed if you have a healthy immune system.
Because, again, cancer is a symptom; it is NOT the disease.

I have coconut oil. What about the cells in our body that are already there? Meaning the ones that may sit dormant for months or years? Or I've heard everyone has them circulating. I don't know, but willing to try it

From what I have read, Oil Pulling kills a majority of the bacteria in our mouths. So, our immune systems can go elsewhere. Kill those other traitor cancer cells residing elsewhere in our bodies. Instead of focusing on the oral ones.
For this to work, you do need a strong immune system. As in a high Vitamin D3 level. And many other nutrients.
But even if your immune system is weak, oil pulling can still help. It kills the bacteria in your mouth.
For more info, read "Oil Pulling Therapy," by Dr. Bruce Fife. I got my copy from my local library. Although, you only need to read that book if you want to read about scientific studies, proving this.
This therapy costs, nothing. And with coconut oil, it is not unpleasant. And D3 costs practically nothing, as well.
Occam's razor; the simplest solution is usually the best.
Why not do it?

I don't know about helping against cancer, but according to WebMD, which is about as mainline as it gets, oil-pulling does actually work, in the sense that it improves several indicators of oral/dental health. Interesting! The article also said that you can use different oils and that if you find it difficult at first, start with 5 minutes and a smaller amount of oil.

I use coconut and sesame oil.

How much oil? A whole tablespoon?
We put about a teaspoon of coconut oil in the dogs' food each morning. They love it.
-
I just grab a heaping teaspoon. Close to a Tablespoon. At times, I need to cough and spit it out. But then, just grab another heaping teaspoon for the last 10 minutes.
You can't "do it wrong."
Just do it.

I do it all the time
According to dentists: there is no scientific proof that it works
But
If u fix ur own teeth why would u need a dentist?
If u heal ur immune system why would u need a dr?
I believe it works

I might be interested in this, but does it have to be the VERY first thing in the morning? I am not fully awake before my first cup of coffee!
-
I do it at night

Thanks!

You can oil pull at any time.
-
And don't stop brushing and flossing regularly. That's a systemic way to protect your overall health.
