Juvinelle papillomatosis

I was diagnosed about 5 years ago with juvinelle papillomatosis with atypia cells. I was 27 at the time and had found a breast lump in my right breast. I had a lumpectomy and then had to have a second surgery to remove more tissue that could possible have the atypia cells once I was diagnosed. My doctor told me the lump was in the pre cancerous stages and that with this condition I would have to worry about breast lumps for the rest of my life. I still have sharp shooting pains and tenderness in my right breast five years later. I also get mammograms yearly. Although, I struggle with where I go because they tend to be very dismissive of me because of my age. I now have a two year old son and I want to be around for him. I'm scared that one day I will find another lump and maybe won't get as lucky as my first. Also, I don't have anyone in my life who understands about my diagnosis and my struggle with worrying about getting another lump. While I am not dwelling on this constantly these thoughts do cross my mind now and again. I am just wondering if anyone else has had a similar diagnosis? Also, if you have did you ever find another lump that was cancerous and didyou have any symptoms that made you suspect something was wrong? I just don't have anyone to talk to that fully understands and I could get feedback from their stories. Thank
