If I actually jumped, I'd be jumping up and down I'm so excited, Carolynn! I think I've changed my mind about what to wear a zillion times (I am being so girly about this). It should be a ball. HUGS!!!
-
So excited to meet everyone and it should be a beautiful day for a ride!!! Thank you God.......it's SPRING!!!!
-
It IS SPRING! About time it arrived. I'm all excited too.
Do we want name tags or are we sharp as tacks and don't need them?
Love driving anywhere on a nice sunny day and driving to meet friends in person is icing on the cake (I'm so trite today).
See ya, Ladies!!!!
-
Well I will be driving a very cherry red Jeep. But I guess we can meet in the parking lot I kind of hate name tags but whatever you think I will go with, so excited hope I remember my clothes!!!
-
Mary, I'm driving a white minivan. No name tags. I'll look for Lady Godiva - I'm sure your hair is long enough to cover what should be covered. Should be interesting. I probably will wear clothes
-
Unfortunately I'm not going to make it. I'm super sick with influenza. I'm so bummed. I hope we do this again so I can come. You gals will have to enjoy it enough for me too. Let me know about all the fun you have.
-
Oh, Carolynn, that terrible! We will miss you. I hope you can see the end of your bout with the flu. I'll take pictures and send them to you. Take care of yourself and get better NOW!!! HUGS!!!!
-
So sorry Carolyn gonna miss meeting you!I'm sure we will do this again at least I hope so.
Peggy no lady godiva I just had my hair cut short.....hahahah..........I will remember the clothes its not the warm out.
Mary
-
Mary, I don't think it's quite warm enough for Lady Godiva dressing either. Probably short hair wouldn't work very well - a wig? The thought of doing a Godiva is hysterical! See ya!!!
-
i'm in South Bend this am and am going to be there
-
YES YES YES!!!!!!
-
I think a great time was had by all. Carolynne, we're so sorry that you couldn't come. We are thinking we might get together at the end of May. That's not definite. It's fun to put faces and voices to the written personae. Needless to say, we never stopped talking. Sand Hill Crane Vineyards was a great venue and we had fun sampling a whole slew of excellent wines.
Thank you everyone for making the effort and making it a fantastic day!
HUGS
Peggy
-
Peggy, thanks so much for facilitating this get together - Yes, I had a great time and it was wonderful to meet all of you in person! And, thanks so much Nancy for picking such a great place and treating us to the wine tasting experience:) Good food, good wine and very enjoyable conversation…I really look forward to our next opportunity to meet, thanks everyone, keep in touch…(((Hugs)))
-
You're very welcome, Maureen. It was fun. And I think we all learned a lot - we're strong!
Hopefully, we'll have another meet up soon!
HUGS!!!
-
I'm so glad to get another chance to meet up. As I type I'm in the hospital. Got admitted Sunday. I sure wish I could have been there. Sounds like everyone had a really good time. Yea!!
-
OMG, Carolynne! That's terrible! What's going on? Not the flu, I take it. Many hugs for a swift recovery and hope you are out of the hospital ASAP! We really missed you. We are discussing meeting May 30 but nothing definite yet. GypsyJo can make it that date which is why we've put it out there.
HUG HUG HUG HUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Carolynn, how are you doing? I sure hope you're out of the hospital!!! HUGS!!
-
MEET UP MAY 30 AT SAND HILL CRANE VINEYARDS??? 11:30
Shall we meet again when GypsyJo is back in Indiana? Let me know. That was such a great venue. And an even better time!!
-
I'll be there! I really enjoyed and benefited from meeting all of you.
-
Good. So there are two of us for sure:
Gypsy Jo
Pontiac Peggy
-
Just got out of the hospital today. Getting better slowly. Can't wait for the next Get togetherdo I can go.
-
OMG, Carolynne. You must have been one sick cookie. So glad you are improving. Hurry and get well. We definitely want you - you were missed! HUGS!!!
-
Thanks so much. I was so bummed I couldn't go. But so glad I didn't expose anyone to my germs. I'm so glad you had a good time and I'm looking foreword to the next one so I can come.
-
Carolynne - so glad you're out of the hospital. May your healing be swift and easy. You were missed at our last gathering, but there will be more!
Peggy, my calendar is open for May 30th! I hav just started spinning on Saturday morning and the class ends at 11:00. I can shower quickly and meet you all at noon - please feel free to get started without me! :-). The vineyard will be even more beautiful that day and if weather cooperates we could even eat outside. Would love to see everyone again
-
Nancy, I was thinking that the vineyard would be lovely when we meet. I've never seen one in person looking pretty. We'll probably meet at 11:30 and hold a chair for you. Do you like spinning?
Maureen, will you be coming too?
If so, we'll have all the usual suspects plus one! FANTASTIC.
HUGS!!!!
-
Peggy…thanks for getting the arrangements made for our next get together!! Yes…I'm looking forward to seeing everyone. I would love to be there and am planning on it right now, I just have to make sure that is not the date for my triplet grandsons' birthday party.
-
Triplet grandsons? WOW! That's awesome. I hope that their party day is not the 30th! But if it is, we'll all understand if you don't come! And I'm glad to make the arrangements. Last time was such fun.
-
Ladies, how many of us will be at our May 30th get together at Sand Hill Crane Vineyards, Jackson, MI?
I'm definitely in.
Hope all is well with you all.
-
I will be there. Thank you all for accommodating my "flying" schedule!
-
I'm so glad you can come, Jo. See ya in a couple weeks!
