something goes wrong 90% of the time & it ends taking me twice as much time as it would have if I would have gone through a line with a real person in the first place!!!!!!!!

One automated thing that I DO like is.....

1. have a non-published phone number and caller ID
2. answer with good morning or good evening because the word hello triggers their computer
3. remember it's a person on the other end of the line who's stuck in a crappy job making robocalls in a cube farm so I'm polite but firm and say no using the 'broken record' technique.

Probably the Surprise 70th Birthday Party we threw for my mom. All the kids/grandkids/friends were able to be there & she really was totally surprised (she was a hard one to surprise, so it was extra cool).
