Do you get a second opinion if biopsy comes back B9?

    Hello,

    The fact that you are asking that question shows that you are doubting the results you have had. You could ask for a second opinion, but as long as you don't ask afterwards for a third (unless discordant results) and a fourth. Make sure you're doing it for the right reasons, not just anxiety driving.

    I think this depends on the exact nature of the benign result you have just received-- if you gave gotten a dx of either ADH or ALH, I would send your slides to be looked at by a different facility since these are dx's that are along a continuum towards malignancy and the call can be subjective. I got 3 opinions and each was slightly different from the other 2. I
