St. Michaels hospital Toronto

Hi, has anyone gone to the cancer clinic at St Michaels hospital in Toronto? I am thinking of asking to switch, so that I can stay with my daughter during chemo. Any advise on a surgeon and/or oncologist there?

    Gina, hi again! I'm being seen at Sunnybrook by Dr. Gandhi for the same type of cancer, as you know. I have always really liked her, she will phone me with info knowing I'm so far away. She does treat aggressively, and has told me that she has successfully treated a few metaplastic patience.

    I've wondered if Princess Margaret would have any more expertise. Unfortunately I'm running out of time as its already been 36 days since surgery.

    One thing, if your thinking of immediate diep reconstructive surgery, Sunnybrook has Dr. Lipa- she is well known as a top neuro vascular plastic surgeon. She is really good! She did her fellowship at MD Anderson. I'm very pleased with my reconstruction!
