Hello,I was just diagnosed with breast cancer yesterday and did it me hard.I noticed a spot on my left breast,do my monthly breast exams each month due to my age being 36 years old.Went to the doctor yesterday hearing the biopsy test results and was lucky too.Said it was cancer and I caught it in the very early stages which there is a great recovery.I am lucky to have my friends, mom whom is a 7 year breast cancer survivor, brother and my two daughters for support so far.My daughters are 20 and 14 years old and said I am one tough mom that can get through this beating it

Welcome Torigr & PatRN10. I'm sorry you find yourselves here, but you will find lots of support and information. Torigr - so glad you caught it early and that your mother, brother & daughters are there to support you.

Have a song in our mind too,a Martina McBride song which I'm going to love you through it.I supported my mom through her battle with breast cancer she beat and hers was caught early. She is doing the same back for me.My oldest daughter made the right choice already, get tested if she has the breast cancer gene also.

    Dear,

Being a survivor myself, I know the feeling and what can help. Here are some tips that can really help you:

First of all, use mind power. Every day visualize yourself cancer free. To make it easier you can use daily affirmations. For instance, "by December of this year I will be completely cancer free". Or "Every day I am getting better and better."

Second, you need to avoid refined sugar. Based on my own experience, I can tell Ensure and Boost are two worst drinks for cancer patients. But they are often recommended to them. Read the label to see the list of the ingredients: sugar, high fructose corn syrup…

Finally, eat anti-cancer foods such as chaga mushroom, moringa, apricot kernels, organic cruciferous vegetables, nuts (walnuts, pecan, almond…), while avoiding dairy, meat, processed food…

I would also advise you to not waste your money in most of those so called-natural cancer cure products being sold on the internet. They are just blahhh blahhh. You can visit the breast cancer section on my blog for more details on the disease.

    Hope this helps you.
