hi all!
My first day was great! My new coworkers are so nice and very helpful. They asked me to lunch, and we had a nice time. It is so laid back compared to litigation and family law. Looking forward to learning lots and getting in a new routine. Barely thought of BC today, wooohooo!
-
Bippy- that is awesome! Good to hear you had a great first day! You go girl!

Mommy- sounds like Princess is going to be an indoor kitty like Teka's Teka. I bet she is a big girl now?

You have to watch this hilarious cat video cat friends. It is on a german web site, but check on the video and you won't be disappointed. I watched it several times yesterday and give the horse credit for not knocking this kitten in the head!

Nice warm sunny day to continue with slow Spring outdoor clean-up.I love the fragrance of Sweet Williams!! -

Good morning friends- been chilly here but warming up. Working in the gardens and garage this weekend. Gardens fun, garage not so much....
I thought this photo was hilarious. When in Rome.....
-
Yay! Princess has found her way to sitting in the windows while they are open.
-
Yay princess!
Went with a friend to one of my fav new gems I found a few months ago. A little coffee shop in the older part of town and they said they would have patio music on the weekends with time. This weekend was the first and it was WAY fun. Group was called Cactus Tractor and included three guys and two women, who all harmonize well together. One of my BFF's came down to join me and we had good food, good music and good conversation. Nice way to spend a sunday morning.
Stopped at Home Depot and it was a mob scene. I really needed some mulch and got through without too much trouble. Now that we are getting past frost risk, everyone is starting to plant.
Hope other friends here are enjoy their sunday afternoon......
-
yep, I just opened the window and backed off. Next thing I knew she was in the window!

Hi all - I definitely am a hermit!! I am about the most anti-social person I know, I have to convince myself to leave the house. I'm perfectly happy being by myself. Here's to those of us who like solitude!
(Artist - Victor Figol. More paintings here! I would love to commission a painting from him but he doesn't seem to have a website...)
-
Cheesequake- that is a lovely photo. I would love to be that person under the umbrella.
I enjoy my own company best these days. I am out in the world with my work a lot, but enjoy my time of solitude. I oscillate between very active and very quiet. When I have to be "on" with people all the time, I don't enjoy it anymore (used to, but not as much these days....)
Waiting for the tree guys to come. My ash tree is getting a haircut today.
-
Hey there jazz
Yep bring alone is not that bad unless it is forced upon u, lol no vehicle lol
-
Hey Blondie- going to PM you today. Been a girl on the go this week (is it Wednesday already).
You need some regular transportation access.
-
Been home for a bit and taking it real easy. Sore but doing good so far.
