Fat grafting/lipo after implants

I had my expanded exchange after 1 year in January. My dr is doing fat grafting & lipo the 23rd of April. He's going to take out my excess skin & some stitches that were left under one side. Clean it up he says. I'm a little nervous about the fat grafting & results. Has anyone had this done & & is it painful? How did y'all like results? Any pros & cons?

    I am scheduled for my exchange surgery with fat grafting the same day. Awaiting any responses!

    I am scheduled for a lift/reduction of left breast, fat transfer and release of scar tissue to right radiated breast that same day. No implants. Abdomen is my donor site. PS said he takes a lot of fat when he does the lipo not just what he transfers.  I also am getting my port taken out at the time and plan to have my last 2 herceptin via IV(ouch). Getting a bit anxious about the recovery. I have taken a 1&1/2 weeks off of work as a geriatric nurse. I have been following the fat transfer pro&cons thread to get ideas about the process.  No too excited about the exercise restriction but understand and will just have to start over once again to get back inshape:) I am ready to put this treatment phase to and end in May and move on!
