Inferior Reconstructive Implant

I had a mastectomy and a reconstructive implant directly after. The Reconstructive Surgeon also twisted a nipple and tattooed an areola. It has been three years and it keeps digressing. There is an air pocket in my breast that hurts. The nipple disappeared. The areaola no longer shows up. My scar tissue that used to be under the implant is now in the middle. It has also been sore under my armpit. I can't exercise that arm as the implant moves too much. My primary care doctor says the RS messed up. The oncologist nurse also agreed.  My breast surgeon that chose him says she doesn't see anything wrong. The RS used to be in a fairly nice office. Now he is in a rented one office space. What can I do to fix my breast? It doesn't look at all like the pics I just viewed on this site. Please help me. I feel like you are the only source that can give me the correct advise as you all have been through this. It hurts and I feel deformed when I don't feel like this should be what I should be living with. Please let me know your experience. God bless you.
