Fucoidan Supplement anyone?

A friend bought me a bottle of Optimized Fucoidan, said it prevent spreading of cancel cells and potentially inhibit mets. Did some reason and found that Sloan has an article (positive) about it. Anyone here using this supplement and your thoughts?
