Adjuvant statistics

I've been checking out sites like adjuvantonline and cancermath and trying to make sense of the numbers.

When I plug my numbers into "outcomes" and look at the bar graph, it says "In a group of 100 people with similar characteristics, 22 will have died from cancer by year 15, 3 will have died from causes other than cancer, and 75 will still be alive."

Does this refer to ALL cases of my kind of cancer, treated or otherwise?

When I plug my numbers into "therapy," the bar graph indicates "by year 15, in a group of 100 similar people, 4 people will have died of non-cancer causes, 9 will have died from cancer, 67 will still be alive. With therapy, 87 will still be alive."

I'm not sure why the numbers for died from cancer, died from other and still alive would be different in the two calculators if the second one separates out those with therapy. Ideas?
