Good news

I have been sort of stressing about a node that showed up on last mammo. Plan was to wait a bit to see what it did. Had exam today and he is not concerned. Will still have extra mammo in 4 months.

I was very anxious at first, then with focus on meditation I calmed down, but then last week I started freaking out again.

I had never dealt with iffy results before. I had cancer on my first mammo. I have nodes prone to swelling and Lymphedema so I will try to keep my cool if I am in this situation again.

I do think I have learned some lesson from this experience.
