Got to see surgeon

Got my results finally...the nurse called and said that the first spot found was B9, impression was PASH but radiologist wants me to have surgical consultation,  there was a second spot found when they were doing US and that came back as suspicious, indication the presence of atypical ductal hyperplasia and intraductal papilloma. These histopathologic features, in combination with the irregular morphologic features, necessitates surgical consult for complete surgical excision of lesion. BIRADS assessment: category 4B.  I go Monday....really nervous.
