Thanks Patti and welcome back. I've missed you. I went out in the mud and snow this morning and stepped in a hole and injured my "bad" ankle. I have an ice pack on it and have it propped by the computer. Makes for awkward typing!! Thanks again for the healing light. God knows I need all the help I can get!!! Life is Good Smiles NancyLee
-
Other than the ankle is everything else going good? fever, incisions, etc.
-

The frost is definitely on the pumpkin this morning in SE Montana. It's 28 degrees and I'm looking out at the sun shining on a sea of white diamonds. It's really pretty, but makes me glad I put my jeep in the barn last night so I don't have to scrape frost off the windows. BRRRR!!! I had something of a fever in daycare yesterday but I think it's just maybe from the ankle injury. It's back down now to a somewhat normal range--The ankle is still swollen so I wore the air cast all day yesterday and iced and elevated it last night. I'll wear the brace again today and if it doesn't get better--I guess I'll go have it checked. It might be nice to see the doctor about something normal like a twisted ankle!!! Hope everyone has a blessed day--Life is Good Smiles NancyLee

Saw a quote today that I love--"When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life." How lucky are we that we have discovered this website and all the lovely caring ladies who bring joy to our lives every day. Hope everyone here had a blessed Sabbath. Life is Good Smiles NancyLee

GIVE US GOOD PLACES
Give us good places---
So we may be,
In touch with those
Who suffer or want.
Give us good places--
So we may be
In sight of justice,
And on compassion's path.
Give us good places--
So we may be,
Made ready to work our hands
Through the cloth of mercy,
And our hearts
Through the passions of life.
Annie Dougherty
I thought I'd share this little prayer that I found with you, Patti, and all the other ladies here on this "Good Place" that God has given us. Hope everyone had a Blessed Sabbath. Life is Good Smiles NancyLee
