Waiting on results

Waiting on my results. Had my biopsy done today on a suspicious lymph node under my arm. The biopsy wasn't as bad as I thought and the doctor said he is pretty sure it will be benign!! I'm praying. The nurse showed me the lymph node on ultrasound. It's pretty big but I don't know how it is suppose to be. It also had a little white in it.

    I had my core biopsy this morning. Despite the medication I could feel everything going on.

    I spent the time laying on the table visualizing a happy experience while my i pod was playing ( they let me keep one ear bud in). That helped a lot. I would have liked to meet the Dr before I was on prone on the table with my breast compressed for the procedure. I know time is money but that ruffled my feathers a bit. The tech never said the word bleeding when giving me the post procedure instructions. . . . she said ooze, leakage never bleeding. Thought that was kind of odd.

    I'm keeping a journal exclusively about my experiences with The Medical Profession". Might help me deal as this might be a life turning event.

    I am so sorry for your experience. I am sending positive thoughts your way!!! I should get my results Monday hopefully. I think it's great you are keeping a journal.
