Doppler pain

I am having a burning pain where the Doppler had been inserted during my DIEP flap reconstruction. It seems to be most painful when I am active for a short period. I told my PS and she said to massage the area and take it easy. I am currently 3 weeks post op and it is still happening but just on one side and not the other. Has anyone experienced this type of burning sensation?

    I had burning, nerve pain, phantom pain, you name it pain well into 60 days after a double. The pain might or might not be related to reconstruction, it could be just pain from the surgery. I took a long, long, tine to heal. My surgery was 12/18/14 and I still have pain daily in the 3-4 range and still take pain meds. Check with yours doctor to be safe
