Reoccurrence 8 months after last chemo. Just found out HER2 +

Options

I'm 51 years young. Diagnosed in November 2013 with Triple Negative breast cancer. Completed neoadjuvant chemo.in April 2014. Bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction in May 2014.Fast forward 8 months, reoccurrence on lung. Completely removed with wedge resection surgery.

Shaken to my core. I found out that a second pathology report was missed after my mastectomy. It showed my tumor was HER2+. The tumor removed from lung was also HER2 +. My doctor said I should have been receiving Herceptin after my surgery. I'm so scared of this reoccurrence and angry that it could possibly been prevented.

Current recommendation is more chemo and Herceptin. I'm waiting on a second opinion. From what I understand, I can expect more reoccurrences. I'm not sure how many rounds of chemo my body will take. It hasn't even been a year since my last treatment. I was just starting to feel normal. Any advise and words of encouragement would be appreciated.
