Hi everyone, long story short, I have ADH, multiple biopsies, now for past year on opposite side of biopsies, enlarged pores and some skin thickening, also had punch biopsy, everything came back ok. Jus wondering if anyone else had similar situation, initially was concerned for IBC, thank god its not that, but I am always worried something is being missed.

    Hello,

    Here I can help. I had inflammation in July 2013 and for 18 months, I was convinced I had IBC because I had enlarged pores, skin thickening, weight loss, dreadful headaches. I even went to the extent of having a breast reduction. Just turned up fibrocystic changes.

    It took me 18 months and the stop of the headaches to get through it and no longer be convinced that I have IBC. But I'm still scared about BC, however, I know that I must live and move forward and sometimes, you just need to trust professionals (provided you have faith in them).

    I went the other day to see the breast surgeon because I have fat necrosis in my right breast (good breast) and she said 'let's do an MRI'. Heavens, does this ever end?

    If you have ADH, I suggest you post on the High risk thread and get some feedback from people with a similar condition to yours.

    It's never easy, thank God for this website, where we can support each other.
