blood test, scared!

hi, my mom's blood test have been all right except for the ldh, that has been rising every 3 months, from 387 to 430 to 582. The normal range is (313-618). Her ca 15-3 has always been between 8 or 9. What does the elevated ldh could mean??? I know it's still in the normal range but it scares me that it has went up that much. She is on tamoxifen. Please help me!
