Hi all,

I'm trying to decide on implants. I had a bilateral mastectomy and now have the decision between the round implants and the teardrop gummies. I hear that round can ripple and the teardrop can shift. Any input on which is more comfortable? Looks natural for someone smaller breasted(about a b cup)? I also had radiation and hear conflict g things about outcomes with either type...

Thanks for any input!

I too am having to decide between the two types of silicone implants. I go for surgery next week to get my expanders removed. I am looking for a natural look for a size b as well. I am 24 yo and dont want to look like I have fake boobs. I would have never had any breast augmentation done if it wasn't for the BC so the more natural the better :) I have heard mostly good things about the gummies but am looking for some feedback! Thanks in advance!

Me too, although I am older (51). I am very, very narrow through the ribcage/chest area with small breasts, so big mounded implants would look ridiculous on me. And I think at my age, the teardrop would be more appropriate but I am afraid of them shifting. I have always been an AA cup, so a B would be a nice change for me. I look forward to any input from the experts out there!

I'm definitely not an expert - 64 years old - and have Allergan 410 highly cohesive gel implants. My PS put them in tight pockets and they don't move. I feel like a sleek athlete with firm boobs - lean and trim! Mine are 425 FF and I was fitted in "c" cup bras that are a little flatter than I previously wore. No rippling - I couldn't be happier. And these were the first cohesive gel implants she had placed. I am happy

I am tall too. An "athletic" look would be fine with me :-). I realize I know nothing at all about implants. I have lots of research to do and plenty of time! It's nice to hear you are so happy with your results.
