Oophorectomy

Hi there

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this question but I'll gove it a go. I posted this in the stage 3 forum and got some great responses but thought is try here also for a different set if opinions. I'm stage 3 with extensive node involvement. I want to do everything possible to reduce my reoccurce risk. I was diagnosed while I was pregnant at only 33 and want to be around for as long as I can for my newborn who is only 3 months old.

I am considering an ovary removal or suppression after the soft text trials were reported.

Id be interested to hear your views on this? I have 6 weeks before end of chemo so want to get thinking.

Do you know of anyone or perhaps yourself who have a reoccurance after ovary removal or suppression? I am willing to deal with the side effects and plan no more children.
