Hi Nancdancer.
If it helps, check out these two sections from the main Breastcancer.org site for more info on pathology reports and much more information that will help you to find what is more relevant to you right now that you've been just diagnosed.

You always have the right to have copies of your own medical file, including any reports. It is YOUR information. You might have to pay a fee, but yes, you absolutely can ask for a copy. I always get copies of all my surgical reports, specialist reports, imaging reports, and so on.
As the link the Mods gave though points out, interpretation is an entire other matter, and so do wait until everything is back, and sit down with your doctor to review the results....don't try using Dr. Google to interpret anything you don't quite understand

I keep a 3 ring binder with my whole BC history.
What doctor I saw on what day and all their contact info, fax numbers etc
What test and results
Blood work if getting chemo
A written list of past history that I photocopy rather than have to re write it as well as a list of medications and supplements that I also copy
Supports and resources. EG prosthetic places, Luvestrong program
List of people who gave offered to help so I can take them up on it of needed
Wish you well!

Get copies of EVERY test/scan/etc. and put them in a container! It is your right to have copies of all your medical records. This was stressed to me by the Radiologist who did my mammo/sono/biopsies the day he did them and called me the next morning with the path result. Yeah - a lot does accrue but better to have than not have. I also have 'day planners' that I write down every appt in as it's easy to go back and check the time line. -
Hi, I think there is several reason of the sickness or the fever but the water is more important of them. The normal water is also danger for our health because there are number of harmful bacteria which is the reason of the fever. The filter water is very important to avoid the bacteria in it. Yes, your doctor or the hospital should give you copies of all your reports. My OB-Gyn gave me the biopsy pathology report and the BS gave me the surgical pathology report. The MO gave me the Oncoytpe report via email after giving me the results over the phone. I would think that your doctors would give you the results to help you, as you will be seeing many doctors, as they each specialize in a particular part of your treatment. Ask them for it if you don't get a copy. I save all of mine and keep receipts organized too by date
