Padget's disease of nipple

Options

I am a five year bilateral breast cancer survivor. I had nipple sparing mastectomies with silicone implants for reconstruction. Two months ago I noticed a very tiny scab on my nipple. I initially panicked and then calmed myself down, realizing it was probably a one time fluke. Removed the scab. There was no immediate discharge from the nipple. Kind of forgot about it. Then a week later, I found another tiny scab... Same nipple but slightly different location on the nipple. Since then, I've had ongoing scaling, crusting and scabbingon that nipple. When I consulted my oncologist he said he thought it was a papilloma. He ordered a breast MRI which ended up showing absolutely nothing wrong with my nipple. I am concerned about Padget's disease, but wouldn't that show up on the MRI? I'm wondering if I should push for a biopsy or trust the MRI results and try to ignore my misbehaving nipple. Hoping to get feedback from those with a similar experience.
