I love to walk through the woods on a clear fall day and I also love to watch Sunday football outside.
My company grows trees and shrubs and I love going to the farm this time of year and hearing the geese fly overhead and the smells of fall.
Oh and still love the beach.

I love to go for walks in the woods around our home. The leaves are turning and it is so so gorgeous... it takes my breath away.
I also love to go to fall fairs... there are lots of rural communities around here and some of the crafts and exhibits are breathtaking..

I like to be outdoors when it's exactly cold enough to be comfortable in a sweatshirt, and to be anywhere I can to see the changing leaves.
When I lived in Indiana, this was the time of year to start going on Hay Rides, which was always a blast -
I absolutely love Fall....the smell, the leaves...everything...the cozy feeling of going back inside and have a cup of tea or coffee
I have my birdhouse up already...the hummingbirds moved south...I just missed the activity on the patio...just love it!!!
God Bless -
I'm really looking forward to this fall. Our new house has a gazebo in the back yard and a bunch of trees. We bought a patio set with a fire pit so I'm picturing afternoons/evenings roasting marshmallows - will let yo know if that happens!!!

I love fall. After growing up in Southern Cal, I love watching the trees change colors here. Today was such a beautiful day. The sky was blue with a few white, fluffy clouds, a little breeze and temps just comfortable for sitting outside. I like it when we take our afternoon recess at school and can enjoy the sunshine.

I love the crisp smell of fall and wearing sweaters!
-
I get back outside on my bike alot. My dh and I just finished a ride in the rain. Oh, well. We enjoy going to a nearby lake for sunset views. Walking amongst the falling leaves is fun too. We try to be out as much as possible now, because winter keeps us indoors around here.

My parents own two acres right beside an apple orchard. The owner (we've owned this house since the 70's) always leaves a few trees for our family to pick from.
Ever since we moved next to this orchard, it has been a tradition that my dad and I have a "mac attack" (read macintosh apples lol)...we go through the orchard and pick up all the windfall apples...they aren't bruised because the orchardist leaves the grass really long around the trees and it cushions the apples when they fall.
Now that they leave some trees for us, we go and pick the apples from the trees. The air is crisp and smells so good! And there's NOTHING like a juicy sweet apple, cold from the fall air, right off of the tree!!!
Yum!!!
Hugs

I just took my stroll with you guys...that sounds so nice. I'm No Ca where its still in the 90's. I can't wait for fall. The clean crispness in the air. I love the gold of the trees, the burnt colors, oranges...my favorite time of year. It comes mid to late October. I love the "gray hue" in the air. My son and I have made many autumn crafts already. I just love it... The fall also marks another year for me...so its a happy time.
Blessings,

I love to kayak. After not being allowed to boat since January I have finally got back on the water this past weekend. Well, maybe not real water, I've been going to a local irragation canal to practice throwing ends. I don't have half the energy I used to, but it has been wonderful!

I love Fall too, I love to be able to get out my sweatshirts. I love the changing colors of the leaves. I don't need to drive anywhere to see these, they are on my way to work every day, along the freeway.
I love the apples that are everywhere.
I love the first heavy snowfall where the snow is clinging to the evergreens. To me, that is just the most beautiful sight.
Ahhh, that was nice. -
Pout...
I love summer so I am an outdoor girl during the summer. Fall is beautiful and I try to enjoy it the best I can...I do take my son (who is seven) the the Iron Kettle Pumpkin Farm and we do some apple picking but I'm a summer girl and the thoughts of the long winter ahead aren't something I can look forward too!! When the weather turns chilly (and it doesn't take much to make me put on two pairs of socks...hot flashes and all) I turn to hibernation...get out my scrapbooking, my crocheting, start baking and making comfort foods, update my Netflix list. -
I love Fall. Everyday I look outside and the leaves are a different color. The air smells so good and clean. Love to walk. The grass is finally not growing so fast. LOL. I work at a Halloween store. I get to see many costumes that people are picking out. This is the season that the little kids in us come out. It seems that Halloween is for adults now.

Apple Picking and Pumpkin Carving. Yep - thats what I like about fall.
Oh - and pumpkins seeds.

camping and sitting beside the fire.

Peggy. Mac's are my favorite apple...so good for making pies and applesauce(nice and warm)
Niki..My cousin lives in Eureka No Ca. Is that near you? -
Not a fall fan ('cause it means winter, brrrrr) but it's gorgeous. We're getting lots of foliage this year but it seems early. It's supposed to be in the 80's today tho.
Still walking almost every morning. Learning what to wear at what temps. (Even tho the hot flashes change it every moment!)
So, walking, riding my horse.
Hopefully it'll be a snow-shoeing winter. It's the only winter thing I do. (Other then get bundled up to ride my horse inside.)

I just love fall too. When I was younger, I used to love summertime and the hotter the better. But I can't stomach the heat so much now. So fall is perfect. It is gorgeous, and crisp and on those sunny days, I don my sneakers and out I go. I just love it.
I also love to knit and have always been a comfy sweater fan. So fall is the perfect time to start a new project... this year, I am knitting my son a sweater... hope he appreciates it...!!!
