Behind Fatigue in Treatment

I am 5 months past chemo and may maybe not appear to get my energy right back. A pal of mine explained it took her per year . 5. I was wondering just how many of you still experience fatigue, tiredness in the end of one's treatments. Does anone have any a few ideas of what can help with this particular?

I'd say it took at least a year for me to feel close to normal. Your body and emotions have been through so much. It takes time to heal, your brain says go go go, body says NAP. NOW. Do the nap. It will come
