Hi Ladies! Thank you for your love and prayers. As many of you know I had quit smoking and it lasted about 45 days... Let I slipped. So I will need your prayers startint this Sunday Oct 1st i will try again. Please don't give up on me. I am having alot problems at work and have been down in the dumps. But I think the light at the end of the tunnel is becoming clear again. So just know that i Think of you all alot and prayer for healing an love.! You are all my HERO"S and i love you all!

Having been a 'puffer' for 30+ years, I can relate. I quit when dx'd - cold turkey. I made the commitment to myself that in order to battle the bc, I HAD to be better to my body no 'ifs, ands or buts!'. Drink 2-3 qts of water each day, every day! I found zippy chewing gums helped when the urge hit to light up, or take a short walk. You WILL make it!!!

Ladies thank you for your constant love and prayers, I need your help. I am walking out on my job tomoorrow as I cannot handle the stress and emtional crap anymore. I need prayers to help me finiacal also I need the websites of
Social Sec and if anyone has any information regarding the ADA American Disablity Act. After ten years of being a loyal worker. I will not let them tellme again and again how much there have carried me through the past three years and what a burden to the company................ Thanks for lstening and your words of hope!
