Need Recommendation for Oncologists

My sister, who lives in Hong Kong, was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years back. She had surgery and went into remission. But last year, cancer was rediscovered and spread in her body. I live in Washington DC area and am thinking bring my sister here for treatment. Johns Hopkins Cancer Center seems to be an ideal choice for its reputation. Can anyone who have gone through breast cancer treatment there give us some advice and recommend breast cancer specialists and oncologists at Johns Hopkins who can give my sister a better chance? Much appreciated!
