lung nodes after BC chemo

I am 65 year old with TNBC and just finished chemo but after the last chemo I was having trouble breathing and a cat scan was done. 3 nodes were found. One is 6mm and is an infection thus the problems breathing. The other 2 are being called a metastasis but I have not had a biopsy. I just wondered if anyone has had this happen with the nodes being neg. I am hoping it is not Cancer but I don't know yet and I am being sent to a lung specialist. I haven't even started radiation for my BC yet and I don't know if I can with these nodes possibly being cancer.
