    shel - have to throw in my best wishes of good luck for tomorrow. I will be with you in the surgery room, although, I haven't been thru exchange, because of tram, but I did go back in for revision, reduction of good side and new nipple. I hope this is an uneventful sx for you. Just everything as planned.
    Look forward to your soft new boobs. Please post as soon as you can, I'll have an ice cold Red Stripe ready for you!

    Well I planned on drinking tonight but Teena's package still didn't come in the mail so I'm sippin juice...aauugghh...and they wonder why people go "postal" LOL.

    WFT??? Where the heck is everyone??? The one night I'm here (and drinking my fave Zin!) no one else is! I had a looooong day - at work by 5a.m., then home, then into the city for someting then home again and I'm now finally relaxing! I have to work tomorrow but not early. Perhaps I'll have some company here soon?

    I've been busy all weekend and just got a chance to see your post. I am speechless over your friends' lack of compassion!!! My brother-in-law is a BAC(born again Christian) and he makes the most un-Christian remarks ALL the time. It blows my mind. I do hope I'm not stepping on anyones toes here, but sometimes it seems to me that the people who make the most noise about their religion are the ones who are the ones who talk the talk, but don't walk the walk! To want to re-Baptize her children because you might not live a long life????? WTF!
    And as far as forgiving Mike's indescretions, who the hell is she to judge? I don't know what he did, but my DH did some things he is not proud of early in our marriage, I forgave him, we moved on and everything has been great. We have been married for 35 yrs. Screw her!

    BTW..Thanks for the info on freezing brie. I didn't know you could do that. I LOOOOOVE brie. We had it at my boss' daughter's wedding with fruit all wrapped up in puff pastry and another with mushrooms and some kind of boozy sauce . Yummy!

    Oh well, I hope you get over what your ex-friend said. Anyone who would say such awful things to her supposed friend isn't worth giving the time of day.

    Jan-Careful with your comments. I killed a thread a few days back with a similar one. This is my favorite thread and I'd hate to see it disappear. By the way, don't you think some people can be so hypocritical when it comes to the word "forgive"? Last of my comments on this topic. I hate being a thread killer, and you all would come after me if that happened to this one.

    Vickie-I'll try to make the Friday night party. I'll try this new recipe that I had a couple of weeks ago. Grilled portobello mushroom, topped with grated mozzarella with sundried tomatoes and basil, wrapped in puff pastry and baked. Yummy! What kind of drink should I bring to share??

    Hope everyone will be there!

    lini, i'm glad you "killed" that thread lol......it was a bunch of "hooey" anyhow!

    gummy surgery was way easier than the masts, but not the day at the beach i anticipated, under my arms and across my shoulders is really sore and burning.......had to get rolled out of bed by mike this morning lol!

    take care girls......i'm off to g/p now for high blood pressure BS now!

    Jan, that does happen sometimes. I am also a Christian, and sometimes observe others acting as you put it, un-Christian. I once heard a saying that seemed to sum it up: Christians aren't better, they are just better off : )

    Anyway, totally unrelated, but I am taking a break from the board. You ladies have a lovely fall and don't forget to sample the Boujelais Nouveau (sp?) when it comes out : )

    Janis- will you cover me for drinks tonight for Teena's bday and on Friday. I'll be working both nights and I hate to miss a party. So if you drink more than normal, I'll feel like I did my part. Have fun!

    Shel, Glad everything went well. I'm, having my implants redone next month and I am a little afraid of how much discomfort I will have. Oh well, that's why they invented Percocet . Cheers! (when you are done pain meds). I'm sure everything will turn out well for you. I'm saving my drinking til tomorrow night to celebrate my b-day.

    i just found a pretty little black brastrap in the midst of mike's suitcase from new york.......considering his history, i'm bummed right out!

    of course he has "no idea" where it came from.......i think i just got burned yet again........cripes, i thought this time with the "cancer" and all, he really meant it when he professed his undying love........what a crock of sh!t.

    let's see if a beer goes with a perc lol.

    Thanks Teena and everyone else! This B-day has me really bummed out for some reason. 50 didn't bother me, but 55 has me down. Just one more reason to really tie one on tonight (after I mow the lawn..3 acres.., do the laundry, make dinner..geez!). You know I'll be doin' some drinkin' later .

    Shel-I'm sorry things aren't going well for you right now. I've been there and it totally sucks. You need to kick his ass around the block a few times! Need help?? I'm in on the muscle offer with Teena .
