also may I note my mums lump wasn't directly on her boob either which makes me think could be same thing? and it feels tender to touch. almost like a bruise. I have seen a doctor but didn't give me much advice and have rebooked an appointment for Monday

    Welcome to BCO bex1991.

Have you checked if there is a Breast Care Clinic you could go to nearby? Often, they are a better one-stop-shop to possibly give you advice and possibly testing. Mentioning your family history and your concerns may help. Anyway, we hope Monday's appointment gives you more attention and some answers. It may well be just hormonal but it is better to be thorough.

    We wish you the best.

Bex, with your family history it is smart to stay aware of any changes to your breasts. And I am glad you are going to an appointment on Monday. Hoping someone will give you good answers, so you can take the steps necessary. Hoping good news! Try not to worry, and let the experts evaluate you. Keep us posted. (((hugs))).

thankyou so much for replying. I am waiting to see what Mondays appointment brings, hopefully they will do some testing just to put my mind at rest if nothing more. The breast care clinic sounds good and will deffo look into that one. Its always harder when you have family history and hopefully will be good news on monday. thankyou guys :)
