Petechiae on lower legs

I believe I have Petechiae on my lower legs. Anyone had this before and could it be a sign of recurrence? I read (I know...stay off google) that it could signal leukemia. So I'm a little stressed. I just noticed it this afternoon.

I get it when my red blood count goes low. I believe it's very common to appear in the lower legs when RBC is low. -
I have them too, mostly on abdomen and upper legs. Doctor said they're pretty common and not an issue. hope you find the same
