Trip to see Vinnie

Has anybody been to someone in Chicago that does 3-D's? I saw an artists name Jeff Paetzold part of Northwestern plastics. Any info out there about him? Thanks! Congratulations on your appointment SCMom! Yay! For getting that set!
-
Hi all,
Have any of you had nipples reconstructed and then had Vinnie tattoo the areolas? -
Congratulations! I will see him in July-- so very exciting!! -
PinkHeart - Some women have nipple reconstruction prior to the 3D tattoos, and some of us don't. You can see a little of everything in Vinnie's gallery: http://www.vinniemyersteam.com/vinnie-portfolio-ga...
mistyb - YAY for you! It will be so worth the wait!
-
Pink - my appt with Vinnie is 2/3 - can't wait to get this behind me. Glad SW has a direct flight to MD.
-
Pinkheart - I had that done. Nipple reconstruction and then areola tattoos by Paul at Vinnie's shop. Love mine! It was worth the trip and expense! My doctors have been amazed at the results.
-
Bayoubabe,
Do they tatto the recon nipple along with the areola? -
Yes, they did. I have one spared nipple and one recon nipple/areola that was tattooed. Amazing match!
-
I have my appointment with Vinnie May 15th, been waiting since Sept 2014 to get on his schedule. I have had nipple recon so will have areola tats done. My DIEP recon (done Mar 2013) looks great and I look forward to having everything finally finished!
-
Woo-hoo! Hooray Iron Magnolia!
-
ironmagnolia - YAY! You're going to be SO happy with your 'Vinnies'! I catch myself smiling even when I only see a glimpse of them...
-
So my appointment with Vinnie is on Friday. Due to fly from Phoenix Thursday morning, then hubby and I heading to NYC for the weekend. I am freaking out about Juno and cannot face the fact that we might not be able to get to Baltimore in time for my appointment!!
-
uds17 - I just sent you a PM. I just made that trip from Phoenix to Baltimore on 1/7/15. As I said in the PM, I'm sure that Vinnie will make it right, and now they've posted two trips to California http://www.vinniemyersteam.com/new-page-1/; there's hope.

For anyone dreaming of a "Vinnie" - I just wanted to give another shout out for Paul Bessette. Paul works in Vinnie's shop in Baltimore, with Vinnie and Trent. Paul did my nip tat back in November and just gave me a phone call today to check on me. I am INCREDIBLY happy with my tat. I have flashed people in support group, friends, and two of my doctors. People have a hard time telling which is my spared nip and which is my tat. It is that good! I was able to get in to see Paul in a matter of weeks, rather than the months it takes on Vinnie's waiting list. Vinnie's reputation is on the line, and he has hired only the best to work with him. Trent was wonderful the day I was in the shop as well. Please do not hesitate to get your tat with any of these gentlemen. They all rock! 😎😍
-
Thanks Bayoubabe! I want to get an appointment with the famous Vinnie, but I appreciate you letting us know that Paul or Trent are very good too! I will be calling soon to get a consult and try and make an appointment!
Thanks again!
-
Hi AngelFaith! I've got my appointment with Vinnie for July 8th!
-
I'm in Owings Mills as I write; spending the night here before my appointment with Vinnie tomorrow.... I am beyond excited! I can't believe the day has finally arrived!!
-
uds17 - I'm so happy that you took the leap of faith and made it to Maryland despite Mother Nature... I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and smiling - knowing that you're in great hands! (Literally.) Now take a deep breath and soak it all in - it will be everything you've hoped for and more!
-
Woo-hoo, uds17!!! Live it up! You did it!
-
Hi Ladies!! I have an appointment with Vinnie on March 5th at 1:00. Unfortunately, I need to reschedule.I will be making a new appointmt for sometime in 2016
. I don't know if they allow this, but if anyone would like that date/time, please PM me and I can contact them to see how we can get you in.
I need to call probably on Monday or Tuesday, so let me know if you want your TATS March 5th!
Judy
-
Judy, I'm so sorry you have to reschedule. My appointment with Vinnie is next Tuesday 2/10 in NOLA and I'm getting so excited! We're flying out this Saturday, staying at Bourbon Orleans for three nights and flying home Tuesday night.
-
ucfmom - You have every right to be excited - and believe me, you won't be disappointed at all!
-
I had my day with Vinnie yesterday. Such beautiful work. He is great. His wife, Robin, is delightful. And we had a great opportunity to chat with Paul Bessette while we waited our turn. It was so nice that Paul stopped to talk. He is absolutely brilliant as well as talented. A great guy. You really can't go wrong with a tat from any of the Vinnie Myers Team. Just book it!
-
Hi ladies!
So I had my time with Vinnie last Friday- what an awesome experience with an amazing man! I was way more emotional (in a good way) than I thought I would be. The results are incredible... I keep sneaking peaks down my shirt when I'm alone in my office at work.
For any of you who are on the fence about this process, DO NOT HESITATE! Feel free to message me if you have any questions.
xoxo

Vinnie has a new website www.vinniemyersteam.com
He has just posted dates that he and team will be tattooing in California March 23-27 and June 22-26
You need to call office to schedule and for info 410-876-4638
-
YAY, uds17! So glad that you got the better of Mother Nature and made it to Finksburg!
-
AZ85048- thx for being such an encouraging cheerleader!!
Honestly, every single arrangement went so smoothly this past weekend. I said to my husband that G-d decided we'd had enough crap to deal with and it was our time to have things work out as planned.
-
Renee - you are so sweet to share those dates.
For those of you who do not know, Renee trained extensively with Vinnie and is one of the only artists Vinnie recommends outside his shop. That is quite a valuable recommendation. Renee works out of Jacksonville and also visits the Medical University in Charleston, SC. Photos of her work is really impressive. Don't feel you can't get fabulous tats unless you can go to MD or NOLA - give Renee a call or visit her website: www.ReneeMaschinot.com.
UDS17 - I keep doing the same thing. After 30 years, it is wonderful to look down and see color, and bumps and everything!
-
Thanks Rene for sharing that. I have been trying to get on the California schedule for more than a month. I am a uni and had my Vinnie done last March but unfortunately it faded quite a bit. Have been chatting with Richie, traded several phone calls, but still waiting for confirmation. Has anyone else got on his CA schedule? I don't want to be a pest by continuing to call but sure would like to get my flights booked. Crossing my fingers.
-
Cascader,
Good luck and hope you get in for a West Coast Vinnie re-do!
