Hi, feeling OK?
-
Hanging in there, I got my new face for my breathing
machine, went to bed was ok, woke up and was leaking
so I had to tighten it and was still leaking, May air is very high
and so I will check with the dr Monday, been tired. But God is
good to me, Faiths bill hit my credit card 1 thousand 5 hundred
worth every penny. I glad to hear from You.
-
Yes, check with the Doctor.
Sweet Faith is worth every penny.
Maybe a tax deduction, service dog?
-
The Dr was busy and I thought I was doing better, but still
having trouble with a cough and found out my friend has the flu.
Why do people visit others with the flu?
-
You don't need the flu.
I'll never understand why someone goes out and about visiting when sick.
-
But I am wondering how You are doing too. I have
missed Your caring cat and all Your smiles You share
-
Joey made me coffee this morning--not to bad either--I need it bad tho.
-
Cami- I knew Joey would be taking good care of you! Hope you are doing okay today.....
-
-
Thanks Mags, are you doing okay today?
-
Wish I could report I was, Jazzy. I'm in bed at 7 pm with a whole Percocet and ice. Went out to dinner, too much for me.
-
Mags- sorry you have been down today with ice and pain killers. Was that the dinner with your son who was in the area? Sorry it was too much to do.
Wishing you a better day tomorrow.
-
No just dinner with DH & cousin. Son arrives Wednesday, leaves Friday.
-
Mags- well, I hope you are feeling better this week and able to have a visit. Perhaps he can just stop by vs. you having to go meet him anywhere. Sounds like going out for dinner just does not work right now.
-
He'll be staying here on Thursday night, so we'll have some time. Thanks Jazzy. You're a peach.
-
Mags- glad I can help. I know you are looking forward to the visit. We need those moments of normalcy in the midst of all this crap.
-
All prepped and ready for the blizzard tommorrow!
-
Good morning hermits- up and getting ready to go to the MO's office again, this time for my Prolia shot. Then I am on to my day.
Mommy- glad you are stocked up. My east coast friends have been telling me about the upcoming storm. I remember the blizzards only too well from when I lived back east. Be safe and hope none of this gets in the way of your planned surgery this week. Do you have to go far for that?
Wishing everyone else a good start to the week.
-
Nope. The surgical center is just a short trip by car.
People are comparing this blizzard to the one they had here in '78. I wasn't here for that one, I was still in Wisconsin at the time, didn't move out this way until 1980. Hubby and my stepdad remember it though.
-
Mommy- I was there for that, a senior in high school at the time. It shut everything down for a week. Too much snow, not enough plows, etc.
Fingers crossed it won't hamper your surgery date this week in any way. Glad the center is close by.
-
Me too!
Seems like every year in the last few years we are getting hit with at least one whopper of a storm. Last time I think we saw a blizzard was a couple of years ago when one area of Connecticut had 40 inches. I saw 32 inches of snow at my house in that blizzard.
-
Mommy- we used to have so much snow when I was growing up, then the winters seem to be more mild for awhile, then they got bad right before I moved out west, and the past few years, even worse. Climate change and all that jazz.
Back from the MO's office and a few errands. They told me to be prepared to be achy the next few days possibly from the Prolia shot. I don't have a lot going on this week so I have the bandwidth to lay low if needed. She said the folks that have the infused version usually have more SE's to the drug. Fingers crossed I will be okay, and will keep you posted.
