Direct Implants: What Should I Look Like?

I had PNSBMX on Wed, Jan 21st and had small silicone implants placed and fat grafting done the same day. I am quite lumpy bumpy and wondering if this will smooth out over time. If so, how long does it take to look as normal as its going to look? I checked the picture forum but it is hard to navigate the site to find pics of other early direct implant patients. I will be following up in 3 months with BRAVA and more fat grafting but I'm just impatient wanting to know what I'm going to look like!?!?!?! Any words of wisdom?

Thank you!

If you search on the picture forum for me (same name) you should be able to find my first thread where I had lots of pictures through the process of my direct to implant. It would have been a thread started in April of 2014. A more recent thread started earlier this month or last month shows my current results (that thread has revision in the title).

It is totally normal to be lumpy and so on right now - the muscles are still tight, the tissues traumatized, etc. I had lots of swelling, bruising, and of course drains but I knew it was going to take time. Most changes happened by 3 months but I saw a lot of change even at 5-6 months out and my PS said it can take a year for final results to be known.
