paget's disease...looking for information

Hi
I'm waiting for appointment to rule out paget's. I would like to know how many of you experienced a complete nipple retraction as a symptom of paget's? How long it took to get a diagnosis? Also, how long the treatment took once diagnosed? I refuse to worry myself silly but would like to know what I'm up against.....
